Description:
In this entry-level role a team of affiliate marketers will train you on how to achieve KPIs for the German market. You will work under close supervision with the goal of mastering routine assignments, company policies and procedures and best practices. As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), your main task is to acquire the job skills and knowledge required to handle more responsibility in terms of revenue, number of webmasters and level of webmaster. Ideal candidates will have experience specifically with online marketing.
Reports to: Sr. Partner Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Execute online campaigns as instructed by Sr. Partner Account Manager
- Work closely with webmasters and solicit feedback to strengthen our affiliate program offering
- Train and achieve sufficiency with:
o Online marketing execution and troubleshooting
o Weekly status updates and reporting on KPI¡¦s in general
o How to recruit new webmasters
o How to profitably manage individual webmaster relationships
„X Execute other projects for the success of the overall affiliate program. This could include:
o Update the brand blog and keep it appealing to players
o Executing webmaster promotions such as contests or sweepstakes
o Contributing to regular webmaster newsletters and emails
o Report bugs and recommend improvements for the affiliate systems
o Traffic the banner ad needs to the creative team for production
- May require PR & Events trips to Germany several times a year
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 1-3 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience
- Must be NATIVE German speaker and be fluent in English
Ideal candidates will also have:
- 1 year of online marketing experience or understanding of online marketing through sales or business development role
