Description: About the Company
Centrix, Inc. manufactures and sells a complete line of dental products to the dental industry. We do this through a hybrid marketing channel of both direct and dealer distributor sales. Our range of over 300 innovative products include temporary crown and bridge materials, applicators, delivery systems, impression materials, cements, and other products that “make dentistry easier”.

Currently our company is expanding our operation in Europe. As part of our response to this growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate to manage our German sales office based in Cologne. Our ideal candidate is a self starter who can personally sell our products to the end user as well as manage a team of sales people. Currently that sales effort will be conducted through telephone sales.

Specific duties include:
1. Coach and train staff to deliver superior sales performance.
2. Conduct daily call observations to monitor overall employee sales performance.
3. Provide feedback and guidance for ongoing sales person growth.
4. Support strategic plan goals and specific metrics related to managing rapid growth.
5. Assist in the interviewing, hiring and training process.
6. Handle outbound/inbound calls by phone to current customers and prospect accounts.
7. Launch new product campaigns.
8. Measure and benchmark call center analytics.
9. Utilize available sales tools to present effective product presentations and offers by emphasizing the additional value and benefits of Centrix products.
10. Promote dealer sales campaigns for Preferred Dealer Accounts.
11. Attend dental conventions.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Must be fluent in both German and English.
2. B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience.
3. Three to five years of proven success in a sales position.
4. Proven experience in achieving revenue goals and managing personal sales strategies.
5. Effective organization and time management skills.
6. Fast learner and at ease with technology.
6. Strong desire to earn above average compensation.

In addition to these specific requirements, you'll also need to be an optimistic, creative problem solver with a sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to be highly responsive to customers. A friendly, upbeat and engaging personality will be essential to success.

Compensation/Benefits:
