We wish we could offer you a large job board with hundreds or thousands of jobs with German or American companies. But for that, this niche is by far too small and too specialized. Also, many vacancies are not advertised. They get filled in the "hidden" job market, or because the company or recruiter gets notified when an applicants activates the CV Alert.
For many employers, the reason why they use this site (since 1997/1998!) is its niche focus and resume database. They gain access for a flat fee that they could have spent on job advertising alone on a non-specialized job board. There is a good chance it's exactly you they want!
