Mainz, Germany (04/29/2010). Stephan Schall , member of the Supervisory Board of Schott AG, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Management at Schott AG. Effective May 1, 2010 Schaller will be overseeing several sectors, including Schott's solar group. Chairman Prof. Udo Ungeheuer, Dr. Jürgen Dahmer, Dr. Hans-Joachim Konz and Klaus Rübenthaler will all continue to serve as members of the board. Günther Schuh, Professor of Production Systems at Schaller's alma mater RWTH Aachen, will join Schott's Supervisory Board.
