Atlanta, USA (04/27/2010). Tom Noonan is the new President and CEO at JouleX. a German American "Green IT" company based in Atlanta, GA and in Munich, Germany. Noonan is the former co-founder and CEO of Internet Security Systems (ISS), which was acquired by IBM for $1.5 billion. JouleX has specialized in sustainable energy management systems for the enterprise.

JouleX claims to be the first company to provide "agentless" network technology that monitors energy consumption, analyzes energy usage, and provides automated ways to manage the reduction of energy consumption. The company was founded by Josef Brunner and Rene Seeber.
